Yoga

Cailee will be leading a calming yoga session that welcomes the enchanting spirit of autumn. During this peaceful practice, she will guide you through a seasonal flow, featuring balancing poses to align with the fall equinox's energy and deep hip openers to connect you to your inner power. We invite you to celebrate a season that embraces rest and rejuvenation.

Breathwork

Jamie will be your soul guide through a transformative breathwork journey to activate the power within. We will collectively break through barriers of worthlessness, disempowerment, lack, and fear to rise into who we came here to be- fully expressed, safe, and free.

Sound Healing

Lyd will activate deep soul healing within you and take you on a journey with the help of their crystal sound bowls. The bowls Lyd uses are 99.9% quartz and made of some of the same materials we have in our bodies, thereby increasing resonance! The ones they will use for the retreat are associated with the root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakras of the body, perfect for helping you land in a new state of power.

Cacao Ceremony

We will end the evening with a sacred cacao ceremony to activate the heart chakra and delve into deeper oneness within the group. Heart activation often leads to singing and dancing! We will lean into the energy of the night and see how our bodies desire to express our newfound power.

Trauma Informed Somatic Facilitator

Jamie Dorn (she/her)

With over 10 years of experience, Jamie is a highly trained somatic facilitator and reiki master with a background in trauma informed personal training, transformational coaching, and breathwork facilitation. She uses her intuitive senses to gracefully guide you back to the truth of who you are.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Cailee Hoerter (she/her)

A practicing Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015. She also is certified as a Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and soon a Somatic Coach, specializing in Sex+ Relationship mentorships. Cailee looks forward to creating a safe container for all humans to move trauma energy through the body to create space for healing, love, and growth.

Singing Bowl Sound Healer

Lyd Gillen (they/them)

Lyd is a Certified Singing Bowl Sound Healer and has been bringing healing through the use of singing bowls to aid in relaxation, meditation, and connecting people to their bodies. The singing bowls resonate at a frequency which impacts different areas of the body to help you feel an overall sense of peace and safety throughout the session.
