Since 2017, I’ve turned a personal weight loss journey into a passion for training others, always with an emphasis on longevity and pain-free movement. My approach is simple: first move better, then move often, improving strength along the way. With experience ranging from guiding cancer survivors to sport-specific training, I believe that everyone is an athlete, and life is our sport.
